Making a Payment
Infiniti Healthcare Ltd is a private medical clinic where all consultations, treatments, tests and scans are charged for. Payment (or at minimum a deposit to be agreed) is required at the time of booking your appointment and we accept all major debit and credit cards.
Please don’t be embarrassed to ask about costs and charges – we are happy to confirm exactly how much your care will be and you might be pleasantly surprised at how affordable swift care and access to the latest treatments and technologies can be.
Cancelling a Medical Appointment
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 if you cancel any appointment within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment date/time, or if you do not attend your appointment without letting us know. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t always run smoothly. If you feel there are special circumstances that mean you need to cancel an appointment at short notice, please ask to speak to our Office Manager.
Infiniti Healthcare Ltd. only collects and uses personal information and payment data for business purposes in order to authorise deposit/pre-consultation payments. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third-parties
Refunding a Payment
There is no tangible product to return to Infiniti Healthcare Ltd. and therefore refunds or part-refunds are not dependent on the return of a product/service. Refunds for cancelled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee (see Cancelling a Medical Appointment).
We aim to process all refunds within a 7-day period from the time of an appointment cancellation being received by Infiniti Healthcare Ltd. If your refund is deemed applicable, under all circumstances then the amount due will be refunded to your original payment method/card.
